§ Mr. Walker-SmithYes. Cellulose-nitrate lacquers are highly flammable, but I understand that their use for fabric finishes has now considerably decreased. My right hon. Friend is, however, asking the British Standards Institution if it will refer fabrics with these finishes to the committee on flammability which it is setting up.
