§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftI do not think that the House would wish me to take up its time by giving details of documents which, as I understand, every Member has received. I would, however, point out to the House that imports of Japanese cloth are strictly limited by quota and that almost all of this Japanese cloth must be re-exported after processing.
