§ Mrs. Braddockasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if, in view of the continual accidents at the junction of Grove Street and Oxford Street, Liverpool, he will speed up his decision regarding the request of the Liverpool City Council to have traffic lights installed at this junction.
