§ Mr. R. A. ButlerSuch a system is already in operation. The amount of radio strontium reaching the ground in the United Kingdom is monitored by the regular analysis of rainwater samples. The radio strontium still to fall is monitored through the analysis of dust samples collected by aircraft.
