§ Mr. Buchan-HepburnLast month 14 redundant houses were sold direct to an overseas buyer by my Department. The price, excluding the refrigerator and cost of dismantling, was £120 a house. No re-sale price conditions were imposed. Local authorities have given preliminary notice that a further 600 houses will be available for disposal in the near future.
