§ Mr. HeadIt is customary for corps and regiments in the Army to have a regimental quick march; that of the Intelligence Corps is called "The Rose and the Laurel." The tune was adapted and arranged as a quick march by Captain G. H. Stunell, who was at the time Bandmaster at the Royal Military School of Music. No charge is made by the publishers for publication, and no expense in respect of the march fell on public funds.
