Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement on the number of persons in Scotland, during each of the last ten years, who were convicted and imprisoned for criminal offences and then pardoned and released from prison, indicating the nature of the alleged offence and the circumstances of the pardon in each case.
