§ Mr. F. MacleanRegulations for the application of the 1949 Geneva Convention regarding Prisoners of War have been issued to all units and orders have been given that periods of instruction based on the relevant parts of the Regulations should be included in unit training programmes and additional instructions given to all units going to an operational theatre.
