asked the Minister of Health, as representing the Lord President of the Council, if he is yet in a position to say when the White Paper, dealing with the genetic effects on human beings following atomic and thermonuclear explosions, will be ready.

I presume that the hon. Member is referring to the report of the Medical Research Council's Committee on the medical aspects of nuclear radiation. It now appears that this report will not be ready before May.
