asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what action he proposes to take to obtain a final settlement to the problem of the Arab refugees from Palestine.

As my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister informed the House on 12th December, we shall not be able to get a real arrangement for the future of the refugees except as part of a settlement of the whole Arab-Israel problem.
