asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what representations have been made to the French authorities concerning Richard Bradley, Kenneth Saward and Bruce Hutton, three Englishmen who have been in Amiens prison for over six months awaiting trial.

These three men have been dealt with in accordance with232W the normal French legal procedure which often involves delay. Her Majesty's Embassy at Paris have, however, been instructed to ask the Ministry for Foreign Affairs for information regarding the date of the trial and to express the hope that this will take place soon.
