Dr. HillIn conjunction with the Meteorological Office. I am arranging to introduce telephone weather services for Manchester. Liverpool, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast during the early part of 1957. Whether weather forecasts will be provided elsewhere depends on the success of these new Services.
