§ Mr. PowellTechnical information about the water resources of most parts of England and Wales has been collected by the Department and is available to water undertakers. A sub-committee of the Central Advisory Water Committee is, at my right hon. Friend's request, inquiring into the growing demand for water, and the problems involved in meeting it.
He has recently urged upon undertakers the importance of building up stronger administrative units in the water industry by regrouping.
