§ 41. Mr. Hayasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will issue a circular to all acquiring authorities concerned in slum clearance, emphasising the necessity of bringing fully to the notice of owners and occupiers of houses affected the provisions of Section 42 of the Housing Act, 1936, as amended, in respect of claiming well-maintained allowance.
