asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will give details of the electoral qualifications pro-posed for Baganda members of the Legislative Council, and place in the Library any official papers dealing with the matter.

Details of the electoral qualifications proposed are given in a report by representatives of the Protectorate and the Kabaka's Governments, a copy of which has been placed in the Library.
