§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe estimated capital expenditure of the Federation of Malaya for 1957 is approximately $220 million. Of this, approximately $23 million is for internal defence and security, $18 million for education, $9 million for agriculture and $123 thousand for leper settlements.
