§ Mr. H. MacmillanI have nothing to add to the statement which I made on 24th July on the proceedings of the Ministerial Council of the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation. In this I made it clear that the position of Her Majesty's Government is completely open, and that we welcome the studies initiated by the Council, including those on possible forms of association between the proposed customs union and other member countries of O.E.E.C.
