HC Deb 02 August 1956 vol 557 c199W
Sir A. Bossom

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government to amend the regulations so that when an application is made for planning permission on any property the application shall state the name of the owner of the property and whether the application is being made with the owner's knowledge and approval.

Mr. Sandys

The model form of application for planning permission issued by my Department provides that particulars of the applicant's interest in the land should be given; and that it should be stated whether, if the applicant is not the owner, the latter has consented to the proposal. Most planning authorities ask for this information.
