§ Miss Hornsby-SmithNo. The recently published Report by a Committee of the Medical Research Council on the Hazards to Man of Nuclear and Allied Radiations, which was debated in this House on 16th July, 1956, sets out existing knowledge on the genetic and other effects of radiation from all sources, and deals with war-time as well as peacetime hazards.
