§ 96. Mr. Beresford Craddockasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he is yet able to make a statement on further progress towards British Caribbean Federation.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI have issued an invitation to the West Indian Governments concerned to attend a conference on British Caribbean Federation under my chairmanship to begin in London on 7th February next. The purpose of this conference will be to reach final decisions on the major outstanding issues and to agree on the procedure for settling any remaining matters prior to the establishment of a Federation.
