§ 102. Mr. H. Hyndasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will advise the Government of Uganda to amend the Factories Ordinance so that it lays down specific minimum conditions as obligatory.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydSpecific minimum standards of health and safety are already obligatory, and where circumstances call for added precautions the Governor in Council is empowered to make special rules. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of the Ordinance.
