§ THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (LORD MANCROFT)Informal discussions on the draft treaty took place in London in November and December, 1954. Since then, both sides have been examining the various questions which arose in these discussions and a memorandum setting out the further views of the Ethiopian representatives has just been received here and is at present being considered.
