§ Mr. HopkinsonThere have been no disturbances. Some stoppages of work have taken place in particular areas for special or local reasons. All sugar factories are now working. Negotiations on a wage claim were recently opened between the unions concerned and the Sugar Manufacturers' Association, and I understand that they are being continued.
