Mr. Ness Edwardsasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will now cancel Circular 54/52 relating 246W to types of grants under the Distribution of Industry Act, 1945,and receive applications for grant aid for sewerage, and water supply schemes from local authorities in the Development Areas.
