Mr. John Hallasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will so amend Statutory Instrument, 1948, No. 1613, as to permit all advertisements, the display of which may be undertaken without express consent under the provisions of Clause 12 of the Statutory Instrument, to be illuminated.
