§ Mr. Lennox-Boyd, pursuant to his reply [OFFICIAL REPORT, 20th July, 1955; Vol. 544, c. 363], supplied the following further information:
The terms of the "Green Branch" surrender offer in Kenya, details of which are available in the Library, are, briefly, that Mau Mau gangsters who surrender voluntarily will not be executed for the capital offences of carrying arms or consorting with terrorists.
