§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterI am discussing with the Finsbury Borough Council plans to modernise the existing traffic signal at this point. The London County Council have provided for an eventual roundabout here in the second period of their Development Plan which was recently approved by my right hon. Friend the Minister for Housing and Local Government.
