Wilsonasked the First Lord of the Admiralty what changes in the system relating to the strategic controls on the export of ships to Eastern Europe have been agreed at the Co-ordinating Committee since the statement made in Parliament in July last; and what changes have been made in the controls exercised by Her Majesty's Government.
