§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterRepresentatives of the Royal Fine Art Commission examined plans and models on 17th March. They have told the London County Council that in their view the disadvantage to amenities outweighs the advantage to traffic. Traffic conditions are, however, outside the terms of reference of the Commission.
