§ 69. Mr. Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps he intends to take to minimise the dislocation caused in the schools due to the absence of children engaged on potato harvesting.
§ Mr. J. StuartIt is for each head teacher to take such steps to minimise dislocation as he considers appropriate to the special circumstances of his school, and I am satisfied that head teachers do all that they can in this matter.
