Hutchisonasked the President of the Board of Trade if, in view of the conflict of opinion within the Monopolies and Restrictive Practices Commission, disclosed by the difference between the majority and minority reports on collective discrimination, he will publish the evidence on which the reports are based, so as to enable hon. Members to form their own conclusions.
