§ 77. Mr. T. Reidasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what policies have been adopted by the Government and Legislature of Bermuda adequate to cope with their population and illegitimacy problem set out in the Bermuda Commission's Report of 1951, which revealed that the population was about 2,300 to the square mile, a figure so rapidly increasing that it may be about 5,000 to the square mile within the next 30 years.
