Mr. Ernest Daviesasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation what provision is made for the construction of a dual carriageway on the Great Cambridge Road from the Edmonton and Enfield boundary to the Hertfordshire boundary, in the current roads programme; and when work on it is likely to commence.
