asked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance what action he proposes to take concerning Raynaud's Phenomenon being prescribed under the Industrial Injuries Act, 1946, following the report of the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council.

I have decided to accept the advice of the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council that Raynaud's Phenomenon should not be prescribed.
