(2) in how many native authority areas in Northern Rhodesia orders or rules have been made banning meetings of the Northern Rhodesian African National Congress or restricting the movements of members or delegates of Congress; and under what authority these orders or rules were made.

No orders or rules have been made in any native authority area banning meetings of the Northern Rhodesia African National Congress. Six native authorities have made orders requiring Congress members or delegates to seek their permission before entering or holding meetings in their areas.
