68 and 69. Brigadier Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for War (1) the total sum to date collected by the Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes since 1951 from British troops in Egypt in the form of customs duty on wines, spirits, etc.;
(2) what sum of money the Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes claim as due to them from the Egyptian Government; and over what period this claim is made.
