Hyndasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what steps he is taking, or proposes to take, to ensure that the Rent Restrictions Regulations, 1954, prescribing the new form of notice to be included in rent books, are being complied with; and if he is aware that many landlords refuse to insert the prescribed notice in rent books.
