Mr. Sharplesasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he will introduce amending legislation as regards the rate of interest which local authorities may charge on advances made under the Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts and under Section 4 of the Housing Act, 1949, in view of the change in policy which has been announced for the obtaining of credit by local authorities.
