§ 81. Mr. Janner
asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will arrange for adequate immigration staff to be readily available during the autumn and winter months for emergencies at Blackbushe Airport, Bovingdon Airport and other airports to which 237W aeroplanes are diverted from London through fog.
§ Major Lloyd-George
These airports already have adequate permanent staff to deal with their normal volume of traffic and additional officers are drafted to them on the rare occasions on which they are used for diversions.
