Mr. Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will introduce the necessary legislation making it legally obligatory upon all political parties to issue, prior to each occasion of a General Election, their party's balance sheet for the last financial year and all donations received to their respective General Election funds with details of the persons and organisations contributing to such funds.
