Butler:The percentage increase or decrease in the total remaining invested in the Post Office and Trustee Savings banks, National Savings Certificates, Defence Bonds, and other Government securities on the Post Office 42W £10,000, and£20,000 per annum, respectively; and by what percentage each income group have had their net spending income increased in each of these years.
