asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will encourage members of the agricultural industry to hold first-aid classes to help them to deal with injuries caused by accidents on farms.

Mr. Amory

It is desirable that as many persons as possible engaged in agriculture should have a working knowledge of first-aid and I am considering how best to encourage the spread of this knowledge within the industry.
