§ Mr. R. A. ButlerI do not understand my hon. Friend's reference to Government grants and expenditure which are to be authorised by Orders in Council. If he is referring to the occasions on which relief from Income Tax has been given to officials of international organisations before the related Orders in Council under the International Organisation (Privileges and Immunities) Act, 1950. have been laid before Parliament, the answer is that the number of such occasions is four.
