Mr. John Hallasked the Minister of Education if he is aware that it was agreed in 1938 that a grant should be offered under the Physical Training and Recreation Act, 1937, for the construction of a swimming bath in High Wycombe, but that the outbreak of war prevented the scheme being carried into effect; and if he is now in position to make such a grant.
