Brownasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance to state, in tabular form, the number of claims made and claims allowed for disablement benefits, and the number of death benefits paid, respectively, during the period up to and including 30th October, 1954, under the Pneumoconiosis and Byssinosis Benefit Act, 1951, which came into operation on 10th March, 1952.
