Mr. Peter Freemanasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether his attention has been called to a resolution passed by the General Council of the United Nations Organisation asking for £3 million for the United Nations Technical Assistance Fund from Great Britain; and, in view of the poverty of many under-developed countries, what contribution has been made by Her Majesty's Government to this fund, and what further amounts have now been promised.
