§ 44. Mr. G. Thomas
asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will name the areas where his Department assume that any premium on vacant possession of property has disappeared.
§ Mr. R. A. Butler
I am advised that at the present time the premium on vacant possession has virtually disappeared for all classes of houses over a considerable part of north-east, south-east and south-west England and North and South112W Wales. In most of England and Wales the value of the concession has disappeared for certain classes of houses and not for others.
