§ 80. Mr. J. Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will make a statement upon the position arising out of decision of the court in the case of the Kabaka of Buganda.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI have no statement to make as yet. The Chief Justice has refused the declaration sought by the plaintiffs; but his judgment is long and complex and it will be necessary for Her Majesty's Government to give it very careful study. I am placing a copy of the judgment in the Library.
