§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterResponsibility for these signals is that of the Cardiff City Council. I am informed that the installation of a new system started yesterday. The old traffic lights failed on 29th January after a cable failure; it was not possible to install new signals until equipment had been delivered by the manufacturers.
