§ Mr. Lennox-BoydMy hon. Friend possibly has in mind a remark recently attributed to the Governor of Jamaica that 10 per cent. of Jamaicans who come to this country have criminal records. I understand from the Governor that what he really said was to the effect that nine out of 10 are doing good work, but that there are a few, some with a bad record, who do not do credit to the Colony. There is no machinery which would enable me to give reliable figures.
